A friend said, “Let’s try a Yoga class.” So, grudgingly, Holly went. She has been hooked ever since. Her love for the practice has grown over the years and, as a result, she has attained the 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification. Holly would like to thank the most influential yogini in her life, Arlene Bjork, who has provided advice, inspiration and love.
