She was inspired to begin her avid practice after she realized during her first yoga class that her back pain from scoliosis had completely disappeared. A Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500hr level based in Richmond, VA, Arlene’s method builds strength, creates heat, cultivates the breath and calms the mind.
